#WritersCoffeeClub Day 6 Do the plots or characters in your work converge towards a single point?

Sometimes, but not always. It depends on how big the story is. The supporting cast have their own plots.

#ScribesAndMakers Day 6
Some people have creative work inspired by their dreams. Have you?

Occasionally, if I remember them. I don't usually remember my dreams.

#WordWeavers Day 6 Can you create a character/place/storyhook/device on the spot, if you need to? If so, share an example.

"Hey, Chief, what the hell is THIS?"

He hurried over to where his assistant knelt on the ground. He looked over and his face turned pale.

"Don't move. Stay there. I'll get help."

It took five other people to clear the jungle debris before the pile of skeletons was revealed.

Poem: Resolutions

Tomorrow  I will try  to take  better care  of myself  it means  no caffeine  cut back  on sugar  and exercise  right.  Get enough sleep try...

#WordWeavers Day 4. Choose a character to invite to a party. What kind of party is it? Does it have special rules (dress code, bring alcohol, etc.)?

Jhana would be more social than Tink. She'd dress elegantly, bring the alcohol and be very social. There would be lots of food and music.

#WritersCoffeeClub Day 4: Switch between past and present tense? How do you make it work?

It depends on what I'm writing. If it's a flashback, I make it clear that I'm writing in the past.

I usually write in first or third person past. I very rarely write in present tense, unless it's poetry.
