Well. I am catless again. ☹️

Noche was a good cat, generally speaking. Except that he was still not neutered and about 1 year old... so... yeah...

He peed twice on my bed. I'm pretty sure it was in close succession, because I would have noticed if it happened on two days.

I evicted him from the bedroom. I thought maybe it would take care of the problem, but today he peed twice on a waterproof blanket I had put on the couch. I knew that's probably where he'd try next.

So I called the shelter and thought perhaps we might discuss Noche, but no. They said bring him back if you cannot keep him. I've been able to contain the pee so far (with some work), but I don't see myself scrambling every day or having him just pee all over the place, so I brought him back to the shelter.

☹️ I hope he gets neutered soon and finds a good family.

(I probably don't need advice on how to take care of cat pee odors. I've done a good job cleaning my bed, and the couch cover.)
