Finished my second
#ForgetMeNot pattern, Kirsi cardigan. The company sadly went out of business, but I find that patterns fit me well, only requiring removing 17mm from each shoulder, don't even need to change the slope (I usually need to increase it).
I also have a princess seams dress and two woven blouses from the designer, so hope to finally make a dent in all my lightweight summery wovens that I never use (because I don't have a good pattern for woven tops).
I was enamoured by the elegant overlap for months, and really like the result.
I planned blanket stitch by hand for the hems, but then I discovered how terribly it is fraying (it's knit, but it's one of _those_ knits). So I overlocked all the edges instead, and did a blind hem, also by hand.
I was informed it looks like one of Star Trek uniforms 😂
