Recently I learned about #youtube for #runningshoes. At first I was somewhat pessimistic, because they are shoes.
I am the first one to admit I was wrong. It is really amazing how much these shoes have evolved in the last few years. I think it is scientifically also a rather interesting problem, how these #foams make #running more energy efficient.
