I made flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. I probably had enough flour for traditional peanut butter cookies, but this recipe seemed easier. They're similar to the 4 ingredient peanut butter cookies I made a couple weeks ago. These had more ingredients and I think they tasted slightly better. This recipe is from the King Arthur Baker's Companion I borrowed from the library.
