Hand in hand with the VAT on EV chargers, there are warnings that fossil fuels may have to be rationed. That push for renewables as part of net-zero is not looking do stupid is it Gammons?
What also interested me is that the Times which has been tardy on its labels for the American/Israeli war is calling it ‘The American War’. I think that is unfair, why can’t the tail waving the mangey dug get a look in?

Net GWP: -14 kgCO₂e/m³. These were full-scale pours on real construction sites — not lab samples.
14 billion m³ of concrete poured globally each year. Even modest biochar adoption would mean meaningful carbon removal.

I consider the balancing of economic growth and environment protection a logical fallacy. While we cannot change the laws of nature, we define the rules of our economy. Nevertheless, it is nice to see that the #NetZero costs are, compared to the alternatives, lower than many seem to suspect and may actually result in a net gain... #GlobalWarming #ClimateAction

#Netzero can not perpetuate the same extractive energy model with renewables, if it’s to succeed. Enable renewable energy communities to see significant savings. This is the social licence needed for energy’s net zero.
