For today's Genius Move, I decided to check on my pan of chicken halfway through roasting, even though it didn't really need it.

It did really need it, because I'd forgotten to turn the oven on.

Another early start due to #painsomnia. Been up for an hour and managed to make a cup of camomile tea and to think about a piece of writing I’m planning to do today. Honestly, the pace round here would make you dizzy…

Being disabled is awful at the best of times, but tonight, my walker caught in the pipe of a drain & it fell, taking me with it.

My legs are black now, I'm in utter agony and shaken.

Would be good if my local council actually maintained areas, so this might not have happened.
