I've been working out with a trainer at the gym since July, and we redid my measurements on the fancy body fat scale.

I've lost 12 pounds of fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle. Across the body parts I measure, I've lost 11.5 inches (counting only one arm, thigh, and calf, plus hip, waist, bust, and neck), which got me down one clothing size.

I bought workout leggings in a size I haven't worn in over a decade, plus a weightlifting belt to start using the barbells.

Proud of my first 10 miler in a year but I'm hating that it was in 40 degree weather and that my watch died 3/4 of the way through.
