If not the #shark, then surely the three-eyed #FairyShrimp has been jumped.

"I don’t care how exotic the drugs or how interesting the art is: once people such as Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk show up to your party, there is no longer anything countercultural about it. You are not rebelling against the man. You are the man."

Why all the Burning Man schadenfreude? Where do I start ...

Everyone piled in on the private jet-flying tech bros getting bogged down in the rain and mud. Can anyone blame us, asks Arwa Mahdawi

One of the things that makes B. raptor remarkable is what it eats. It is a predator; it eats smaller fairy shrimp, chironomid midges, mosquito larvae, cladocerans, copepods, and ostracods. Rogers et al. speculate it could likely handle amphibian larvae if given the change (sounds like it is time for an experiment!). Look at that spiny endopod--that is not for giving hugs! #hugs #fairyshrimp #seamonkey #arthropoda #anostraca #branchiopoda
