Now one needs a user account & for that an electronic ID set up for which you need a PIN. If you have no PIN there is no online procedure for getting one nor any information on-line as to how to get one. Digital on-line procedures are just a tool to fail to serve the public. #failingState

Signs of a failing state:

1. The #society is fighting among it self, rather than uniting against the real oppressor—the government
2. Basic bureaucratic functions—are failing, and unable to serve the public
3. Police is no longer able to stop the rise of petty crime such as daylight stealing or stabbing

Und Waffen im öffentlichen Raum zu verbieten, ist jetzt auch nicht soooo unklug. In Frankreich sind übrigens überall Opinel, obschon fast Kulturgut, verboten. Ich würde Frankreich dennoch nicht als #FailingState bezeichnen. (Tatsächlich wird das aber wohl nicht verfolgt, wenn man es nicht griffbereit hat.)
