I added some extension to Chrome a while back to try and help translate Japanese to English. Part of my attempt was this audio-to-text add-on (see box inset on left).

I do not see ANY extensions to do with transcripts or translation and I cannot get this text box to stop popping up on every video played in the browser.

Does anyone recognize this? I want to remove it but there is nothing to remove.

Hoping someone has some ideas. It's driving me insane.
