JetteVelvet foot (Flammulina velutipes) a few days apart (the one with snow is today) showing off its frost resistance. A winter mushroom. Called gewoon fluweelpootje in Dutch. Apparently a tasty mushroom! But I feel I should know more (is it this one for certain, can it be confused with poisonous ones, if so what do they look like etc) before I try. The cultivated enoki is the same mushroom even though it looks quite different.
