Finally put my load function into a coroutine/did what I could to speed up level loading. 90% of which was turning my chunk generation function into a coroutine. Now to figure out how to best generate mesh lods.... #eggjam#godotengine
I was caught today by the thought with my #eggjam game Oeuf that maybe the egg-shape is getting in the way (specifically: that you spend a lot of your time orienting your egg in the right direction). I tried out with a spherical egg, but to my relief that was less fun! #godotengine
I was recording a small video to show I had turned on outlining for distant objects so you can see some shapes through the mist, but video compression and rained killed it for the most part. #eggjam#godotengine#oeufgame
