Jutta Hipp with Zoot Sims
...and with Ed Thigpen (OK, @octothorpe ?).
Thigpen played with Hipp on the previous release I've posted with her, and given she only recorded in the US in 1954-57, and then stopped...well, there's just not a lot out there.
Having read up on her in the meantime, a rather tragic career...too bad.
But - this is great regardless. Also features Jerry Lloyd (trumpet), Ahmed Abdul-Malik (bass).

The Oscar Peterson Trio - Affinity
1962 release that seemed appropriate to play after Quintessence, since it starts with Waltz for Debbie, and also features Ray Brown (bass, who contributes an original - Gravy Waltz) and Ed Thigpen (drums)
This is a classic piano trio session, and with Peterson at the keys, you know it's not going to disappoint...

West Side Story is a 1962 studio album by Oscar Peterson and his trio. The album features jazz interpretations of seven songs from the film West Side Story.
Review by Ken Dryden
..rather than woodshed on the selections prior to entering the studio, the Oscar Peterson Trio spontaneously created impressions of the musical's themes on the spot. "Something's Coming" seems like a series of vignettes, constantly shifting its mood, as if moving from one scene to the next. Ray Brown plays arco bass behind Peterson in the lovely "Somewhere," while the feeling to "Jet Song" is very hip in the trio's hands. The snappy interplay between the musicians in the brisk setting of "Tonight" turns it into a swinger. "Maria" initially has a light, dreamy quality, though it evolves into a solid groove...

Canadiana Suite is a 1965 album by Oscar Peterson.
Peterson envisioned Canadiana Suite as a tribute to the diverse landscapes of Canada, drawing inspiration from his travels by rail across southern Canada. Beginning in the Maritime provinces with "Ballad to the East", the suite travels west through the Laurentian Mountains of southern Quebec in "Laurentide Waltz", then pays a visit to the neighbourhood in Montreal where Peterson grew up, Place St. Henri, in the song of the same name. Next, the suite moves on to Canada's next great metropolis, Toronto, in "Hogtown Blues", before heading to the great plains of Manitoba ("Blues of the Prairies") and Saskatchewan ("Wheatland"). Finally, Peterson takes us through Calgary in "March Past", and on into the Rocky Mountains with "Land of the Misty Giants"... - Wikipedia
