When it gets colder, the air gets #drier. Humidifiers are helpful, but I’m planning to use damp towels instead as an #energy_saving option. Hanging a small amount of laundry indoors can also work, but I’m thinking of a lightly misting hand towel with diluted facial toner and hanging them to help prevent static electricity as well.

A #high-pressure system will clear away the #clouds over the #Northland Thursday night. Light #winds will help keep lows in the 60s.

Friday will see nothing but #sunshine, helping to warm #temperatures to the upper 80s and low 90s. A north/northwest #breeze will make it feel less #humid as #drier air moves into the region.

Most of the #Northland will see #clouds increase and #fog form Thursday night with warm #temperatures and light #winds.

Scattered #showers and #thunderstorms will pass through late tonight and Friday along a #cold #front.

After it does, #summer-like highs will drop as #breezy north winds bring #cooler and #drier air.
