Sto sperimentando un po' di spiriti del discount.
Questo è il terzo #dirtymartini del batch che ho fatto con la vodka Rachmaninov del #Lidl.
Ho tolto 220 ml di vodka dalla bottiglia, ho aggiunto 80ml di vermouth dry, 12 dash di bitter alle olive (ma vanno bene due cucchiaini di salamoia dal barattolo delle olive verdi), e 140ml d'acqua.
Ho agitato bene la bottiglia e l'ho messa in freezer assieme ai bicchieri.

60ml vodka
20ml olive brine
10ml vermouth dry
15ml Cap Corse Bianco
A barspoon of extra virgin olive oil

Pour everything in a jar and let rest for two hours, then put it in the freezer, let the oil solidify and strain. Add 10ml water and put everything in freezer again, ready to serve in a chilled coupe and garnish with an olive.

It's more than filthy! And maybe it's not everyone's cup of tea
