22,5ml Cap Corse grande reserve quinquina blanc
22,5ml cachaça
2 dashes of orange bitter

Stirr&Strain and garnish with an olive and an almond.

Is this a white cardinale? Or a less savory trash-tini?

Tonight's #aperitivo #aperitif is taken from the great book 'Tha Martini Cocktail' written by Robert Simonson: the Trash-Tini:

20ml gin Xoriguer
20ml Vodka
20ml Luxardo bitter bianco
20ml Bordiga dry vermouth
2 dashes of celery bitter (subs with olive bitter)
2 dashes of sherry vinegar (subs with half spoon of onion brine, also to subs the charred onion infusion for the vermouth 😁).

Stirr&Strain in a chilled coupe (the recipe wanted it on the rocks) and garnish with olives and pickle onions.

When you are undecided between a #Martini and a #Negroni, but you know you want a savory one, try this one! Highly recommend!
