For us Gen X'ers and Millenials who were mall kids, this dish was in almost every mall food court in the country - bourbon chicken. I made veggie brown rice to go with it. Another one of my recipe reverse engineering feats 😋

Made a delicious lightly marinated ahi tuna entree tonight. Ten minutes to marinate, 90 seconds per side in a hot skillet for perfectly medium-rare tuna steak.

Served with a side of Knorr teriyaki rice because that's how I roll sometimes.
