In anticipation of leaving Evil (Google), I have downloaded all digital photos from 2001-2026 to an external hard drive. Organized in folders by month and year. While the metadata has been lost, the folders are so beautiful! It's been a slog but worth it.

Still exploring alternatives to Evil but in a better position to make the move. Have also downloaded all my yoga videos. All the documents are next! Escaping Evil coming soon!

Finally(!!) made time to migrate off of Element Classic. Gonna give SchildNext a spin, possibly fallback to ElementX if that doesn't work for me.

Sorting through my digital media in preparation for some hard drive repair and replacement. Finding that I have:

- multiple Ubuntu 16.x & Windows 7 ISOs
- miscellaneous Minecraft .jar files from 2013
- I don't know how many pdf of Cisco IOS 12.x releases
- thousands of O'Reilly pdfs from books published before 2010 (Practical mod_perl is gonna come in handy real soon now!)

I'm not the mutherfuckin' Internet Archive! 🤣
