Hoe te maken?
Laagje puree, laagje vegan gehakt (Boni), provencaalse kruiden, bloemkoolroosjes beetgaar erbij (steel naar beneden), 'kaas'saus erover (soja unsweetened, gistvlokken, Violife Prosoceano 'kaas' en kurkuma). Extra vegan kaas bovenop in de grill(oven) tot het bruin wordt.

Welp, dairy-free fettuccini alfredo was a bust.

I've tried a few different dairy-free alfredo sauces and none of them work. I think it's a case of just needing to accept that substitutes won't do.

So, now I gotta figure out a new Christmas Eve tradition for dinner. (& also something to eat now)

Charcuterie also used to be a fav but is decidedly less fun without blue cheese

Need something that feels indulgent but doesn't have a billion steps to make it.
