Europe's digital ecosystem runs on Free Software, SMEs, and small developer teams. They face complex procedures and disproportionate barriers. Compliance workshops shaped by gatekeeper agendas are not enough.
Enforcement must be designed with smaller actors in mind, and Device Neutrality must be at its core.
Users must have real control over the software on their own devices. 🔓

We regret the EC fails to recognise the need of changing the DMA in order to accommodate the pressing needs of the diverse stakeholders involved in the software industry in the EU.
