Some new item and ecommerce related metrics and dimensions are [yet to be] available in #GA4 Data API

Dim and metrics are still not available in #DataStudio / #LookerStudio [after data source connection update].

Some metrics and dims are available in Explorations, but not all from the list... hmm

Note, some metrics are renamed to have a clear separation between item and event level scopes.

Hmm, this might be a signal that we are getting closer and closer to item-scoped custom dimensions!
