This morning, I got to play a good chunk of Star Wars: Dark Forces Remastered, on Switch. So far, I love it.

I've beaten this game dozens of times since its 1995 release, and I still hardly ever bore of its large and cool-looking stages, and this remaster makes it look even better. I also liked the deleted Star Destroyer stage.
