I'm searching for a picture of a #toilet with an #armrest, attached to the toilet. The license of the picture must allow to reuse it (e.g. a #CreativeCommonsLicense).

And most astonishingly: municaplities want it because of the #CreativeCommonsLicense. Not because they know the license, but because they are totally convinced by the fact they can re-use existing content and translations. That saves them a loooot of effort and money.
