An album by Electric Plate Released 2026-04-03 I'm not sure how many volumes there will be, but I've unearthed a whole load of material from the days of 'Trip Hop', 'Downbeat', or whatever you wanna call it.... Pre-millennial times in smoke filled rooms. We'd gone from fearing the bomb to fearing the bug. Still breathing old bus diesel fumes. And clinging to optimism when the world turned too fast. Still a sense that the future was longer than the past. There are several flavours of hope for sale. And not one dead horse. Now the high street is boarded up, and I'm thinking about the bomb again. I cleaned my rear view mirror, and caught you smiling.
