#WhatsApp is the de facto standard #messenger here in Germany. My #privacy choice to #deletewhatsapp meant my partner had to deal with school, neighborhood, club, and other comms #soloparenting style. After 3 years I found a way to use WA pseudonymously without giving access to my contacts, location, etc so I can #coparent better.
I feel guilty. I still tell people I'm not available on WA to keep my little bit of social pressure up, but it's not the same.
