Woman sentenced to 10 years in prison for killing boyfriend with car in West Kelowna
A West Kelowna woman has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter in the August 2022 death of her boyfriend, according to the B.C. Prosecution Service.

Lost my aunt this morning, but it was anticipated. She lived a long, good life so I'm not overly depressed.

We have a wedding in that household in a few weeks, and my aunt hasn't been well the past 6 months. We were all anxious of what was to come.

I'm flying out tomorrow, for her funeral and to meet close family on Easter.

I'm happy for my cousin's family, that they can finally have peace and focus on their son's wedding in 3 weeks. She went through hell taking care of her mother.
