Made stir-fried beef strips with yellow rice for supper + a chicken & veggie stir-fry. The chicken was a hair too salty/the poultry seasoning really came forward, but was edible if heavy on seasoning. The beef was excellent. Not as spicy as I usually do it, but I was out of most of my chili powders. Layered the stir-fried beef with yellow rice and shredded cheese and some sour cream. I usually use chuck steak, but I didn't feel like doing two stores.
