How do you prevent yourself from feeling like, and perpetuating, the idea that you are an unhinged lunatic, with a tinfoil hat because you start seeing how fucked up the world is and how already invasive the government is, and it's fucking scary? I do NOT want to go back to covering my eyes and ears, going la la la, nothing to see here everything is fine. It's not. It's huge. It's too much for one person alone to handle or do much about on the grandscale of things. I also don't want to be crushed by the heavy cogs of the machine either. Fuck that shit! So... how to balance / carry everything, and resist being crushed?

-sacred space to share grief about the world ?(not a political aguments, but a cathartic holding space place).
-start small at something?
Do you try and talk about this with others or do you have to let them wake up in their own time? Maybe this part is the part that makes me fear being seen as bat-shit crazy?
