I switched from a simple coffee scale taking AAA batteries (from Aliexpress) to a more expensive one that's rechargeable with USB-C. But besides not needing batteries once in a year, it's worse in every aspect.

Back to #espresso for today’s brew. For some reason instead of my usual cup, I decided to try a jar so that I could do a visual check on the consistency of the cream. It took me a while to nail down my process and recipe with the ROK EspressoGC manual machine. But over many brews, I can say I nailed it.
