BB-UN300 held up around 18 months on my commuter. Changing it is a little annoying, but is it really worth the effort going for a more premium part if a spare costs just 12€?
Practically speaking, premium square tapered BBs go fo 100-200€, and I don't think they will last 20-30 years... And then there's the risk of theft that someone has to be factored in.
Kerry MacPhee seems to be hot to get the female record. But there's at least 3 other experienced women with good chances. It's going to be interesting to watch.
With the men it's mainly Justinas. (Or do I miss someone?)
Rest day. Took a little too rough trail down and lost my sunglasses (thanks Komoot). Maybe also my own fault for wanting to do proper mountainbiking instead of gravel-bikepacking.

Dass die Lügen der Bundesregierung ankommen, hat auch damit zu tun, dass Medien die Sprechzettel der Bundesregierung unkritisch übernehmen und verbreiten.
Die Aufgabe wäre eigentlich, klar zu sagen: "Leute, die verarschen Euch!"
