Got a nice fire going tonight. It's significant in that the top log burning just now is one we've saved from a camping trip about ten years ago at a provincial campsite.

It's dry January so I'm experimenting with a NA version of my fav Spritz, the Bicicletta. I've inverted the aperitif/wine recipe to create this, The Motocicletta (because you can drink it and drive).

-100ml/3 Oz Stappi red bitters
(whole bottle, but 90ml/3oz will do if you're not lazy)

-60ml/2 Oz De-alcohilized wine
(preferably SavBlanc or PinotGri)

-Splash of Tonic
(tiny extra bitter to sub Campari)
