Starting tomorrow morning, my house will be filled with nothing but Christmas music, so I’m getting my last few non-Yuletide jams in now while I still can.

The greatest Beasties record of them all, and I don’t think it’s particularly close. Start to finish, an absolute bonkers masterpiece.
#HipHop , #jazz , #rock , #fusion … It’s an incredible gumbo by three dudes at their creative peak.

I bought this on cassette from the Sam Goody that was across the street from Joslin Clinic in Boston, during one of my MANY diabetic hospital appointments as a kid.

I never felt cooler than when I was riding the Green Line with “Pass The Mic” blasting in my ears.
