Specifically: longevity. the badge itself is a really cool & potentially useful piece of hardware (smartwatch w/ health monitoring), but its firmware has unbearably slow and unreliable main menu interaction (button presses get swallowed if you're pushing too fast). Last FW update was released in Dec 2021. That's a lot less support lifetime than smartphones. 1/
