The Douglas C-47 Skytrain, which is attached to the building housing the German Museum of Technology, is the most striking feature of the building, and we wanted to highlight that. As the lighting in the evening really shows the aircraft to its best advantage, we photographed the museum at night.
Radek Dabrowski and Michel Meijer began collaborating in 2006 on a photography project called ‘Dabrowski & Meijer fotografieren’. Their aim is to capture iconic buildings and locations in Berlin in a natural and vibrant way. To achieve high image quality and maximum flexibility in their shooting options, Radek Dabrowski and Michel Meijer have chosen to use a technical camera with a 4 x 5-inch capture format.
