C.While you're at it, it's a good idea to put a drop of NON-PERMANENT threadlock in the hole before putting the grub/set screw in. Set screws suck no matter what.
Get "medium" strength #threadlock, or it's not coming back out without the help of a #blowtorch, which tends to affect the life of the plastic components...
