Does a socket handle which is like a crank/winch handle exist? And does it have a special name?

I’m looking for a simple version of the one in the picture (so without the torque multiplier). Needs to be able to have standard sockets popped on the end.

Any ideas? Interweb searches haven’t brought much back, but I might just not know the name of them thing I’m looking for…
