Ah yes, the noble quest of documenting every single prime number that can fit into a 32-bit integer. ๐Ÿค“ A gripping tale that will leave readers at the edge of their seats as they discover the thrilling world of little-endian binary files. ๐Ÿ” Next time, try writing a novel to convey your incredible journey of reinventing a math teacher's weeknight lecture. ๐Ÿ“œ๐Ÿ’ค

Generating All 32-Bit Primes (Part I)

๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿค– Behold, the revolutionary Lix: the "universal" control system for binary files, because #Git just wasn't enough! Now you can finally keep track of that oh-so-critical change from price 10 to 12 in your spreadsheets. ๐Ÿ’ผ Because who doesn't want to spend extra time version controlling their Excel files like it's the Holy Grail? ๐Ÿ™„

Introducing Lix: An embeddable version control system | Lix Blog

Lix is a version control system you import as a library. It records semantic changes to enable diffs, reviews, rollback, and querying of edits.

#git #gamedev #binaryFiles #Blender #gltb

Small project has:
player.gd
bigbinary.blend

How can i add both but have bigbinary.blend only ever have one copy on my local repo and one copy on the remote repo?

I want to change that blend file. Add. Commit and push, and have the latest file *replace* the one on remote.

I.e. for known binary files i want one copy of them in the repo but not versioned or duplicated locally or remotely.

git annex may help. Any other hook or filters ideas?

@mastohost
Intuitively, we somehow knew this. Is this related to @PixelFed by any chance.

So our host, @witchescauldron, doesn't store or serve images or video media?

Is this because #images and #video form a massive attack surface, being #binaryFiles? Respectfully, this #centralisation problem needs to be solved - not just on our admin's server but #network wide.

If our understanding is off base in any way, please correct us.

Thanks.
