The group that ushered me into trail running, the CATs, has an annual 50k training group they launch every January. This year, the organizer is doing a podcast, and interviewing friends, trail buddies, and mentors. It has a very homegrown feel, no flashy production. Sometimes they get a little in the weeds about locals and #SNP and #BlueRidge trails, but it's fun and worth a listen.
