Scottish Nationalism, like all nationalisms, depends on myths and grievances. One such is the insult that Scotland is "too wee and to poor" to be independent. In fact it's an insult created, not by their opponents, but by nationalists themselves to confuse the debate.

Currently walking around Morrisons quite paranoid because a saw an officer of Stasi Scotland walking in with a pistol on his side. How is this a thing!? 🤷♂️ Since I have been arrested twice for no reason (to which the courts agree) for all I know I could be shot dead as I buy some bread. 😒
“We need to ensure our farmers – our food producers – are supported to be part of a sustainable and greener future both in terms of energy security and food security.”
"The #SNP leader also said he would create a £100m First Homes Fund to give up to £10,000 in support for a deposit for first-time buyers"
For fuck's sake NO, John Swinney! Do not do things which inflate the house price bubble even faster! Instead, tax capital gains on housing, to take the speculative bubble out of the housing market -- and build FAR more publicly owned rental houses.

No - #Labour need to drop the entire cabinet and the whole #BlueLabour project - and that’s just to regain any credibility as a party for the people.
#Labour are a binfire right now and will have to undergo a very long period of penance. Give up on them - I did, about 15 years ago after the Blair fiasco. It seems, they just don’t learn. Vote #SNP, #Green, #plaidcymru and #SinnFein.
It's difficult to argue with the content and conclusions of the lead letter in Today's Glasow Herald.
I certainly wouldn't.

TBH I don't understand why this isn't a much bigger scandal. The Information Commissioner cannot trust in the SNP Scottish Government to meet it's legal duties vis information transparency.
