Linda Sgoluppi ArtistDriving to wales today to stay a few weeks. It is the start of spring on 20 of this month. I have packed clothes for winter and summer and things between (all the seasons can happen in a day!) I have hot water bottles too! I'm taking some partially made art works, as well as completed ones (I want to photograph those on the beach. I shall see the dark sky over Ynys Enlli every night. Bliss.
Through windows of an enchanted house named Tyn y Cae, my spirits soar at sunsets & ever-changing sea over Cardigan Bay to the Holy Island of Bardsey, (in Welsh, Ynys Enlli).
A legendary ‘Island of 20,000 Saints’ off the Llŷn Peninsula, #Wales. Wiki states the Welsh name means "The Island in the Currents", although its English name refers to the "Island of the Bards", or maybe island of the Viking chieftain, "Barda". The small #paintings are named Môr Mystic (Mystic Sea).
