There's a wee change of tone in this Guardian report. With Sonia Sodha gone, a #trans story is no longer framed in the bile of some #astroTERF quotes.

The Commons women and equalities committee has written to Kishwer Falkner, the chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission. The MPs politely ask Falkner for less witch burning, and a less fake consultation.

This may be helpful, but don't get yer hopes up. The #UK govt still seems very keen on #witchburning.

Scratch the surface on the #AstroTERF (I know it's turf) group #TheLesbianProject, and you’ll find that this group, like the #LGBAlliance, is more interested in #excluding #trans #women than in supporting the #lesbian #community — which is deeply #supportive of the #transgender #community — In fact, the group explicitly excludes transgender lesbians, as Stock confirmed in an interview on BBC’s Woman’s Hour.
