Dit is een voorbeeld van de onwetendheid van veel Nederlanders. De openbare ruimte is van niemand (of van iedereen) en mag je niet zomaar gebruiken voor eigen gebruik. Veel ondernemers krijgen te maken met precario (terrassen, reclameborden, luifels e.d.). Dat is niet voor niets, want als iedereen zou doen wat hij/zij leuk vindt, dan kan het een zooitje worden.
