apt install csvkit (on Debian-based distros)

`cut` failed on me on a CSV with quotes, so I now use `csvcut`. Awesome!

1. This is simply not true:
"FFV1 is open source and as such will not play on video software on MAC and Windows, nor can FFV1 be utilised within commercially available digitisation hardware and software."

2. True for closed stuff, not true for FOSS:

- Testdataset: 386.5 GB
- 120.000 filesystem objects (files and folders)
- 7616839 key/value informations gathered/extracted as #xattrs.

Result: A 55 MB .tar.bz2 #holotar.

Fully search-and-filter-able by any of the 7 Mio xattrs.

Extraction step required only once (6h)
Afterwards:
Indexing done in 60 SECONDS! 🤩 🥇
