Columbo is comfort watch for me so I half-watch it over the air most weekends with closed captions.
I chuckled when I saw three incorrect musical id's. Once the subs said "(solo piano music)" during an extended harp solo. And two times about 30 minutes apart the sub said "(oboe music)": once during an extended clarinet solo and once during a long alto flute solo.
BTW TV/film Studio winds in the seventies sure got a lot of time in on the alto flute, and I like that.
