Day 2 of crossing the Alps — from Königssee to the Tre Cime — and my alarm clock was a symphony of cowbells and mountain silence. 🐄⛰️
The first light hit the peaks like they were auditioning for a National Geographic cover.
Kärlingerhaus served as my 5-star hotel (if you count wooden bunks and alpine air as luxury — which I totally do).
This is the kind of morning that makes you forget Wi-Fi exists.

Short but intense #run yesterday.I'm still sticking 2 d 21k training plan 2 maintain my current fitness.However,I've trimmed my target pace faster by 3secs to 4:18mins/km.I'm debating whether I should do another 21k race at d end of August cos @ d beginning of Sept.,I'll b doing an #alpineCrossing from Germany 2 Italy, which will be very challenging.
Tomorrow,my current shoes will reach my personally set limit of 550km,so I've ordered a new pair:#Adidas Terrex Soulstride🥰#running #laufen #Garmin
