I am once again thinking of doing some tech editing training. Obviously the dream would be to work on a fantasy manuscript filled with wonderful knitting themes!
Adding up stitch counts for wonderful creatives would definitely be more enjoyable than checking that actual doctors have done their (literally life or death) maths right in their tables and figures (yup, I have a background in medical editing!)
Finally finished knitting socks for my sister-in-law. Made them with #CrystalPalaceYarn's #MiniMochi in the Autumn colorway. Took forever because I used size 2 needles—which is basically like knitting with thin bamboo skewers.

As much as I hate tiny needles and lightweight yarn, I do enjoy working heel the turns, flaps and gussets when knitting socks. Making my sister-in-law socks from her stash yarn: Crystal Palace Mini Mochi, color 107. (Working with size 2 needles is pretty much like knitting on bamboo skewers.)
Got a little knitting done last night on a sweater coat. That’s made 90 minutes worth of knitting. Gotta love bulky yarn and big needles!
This will be the front left of a sweater coat that my sister-in-law started years ago. It was in a ton of yarn she gave me earlier this year after she quit knitting due to medical reasons. Gonna finish it up for her for Christmas.
