Every great story has a protagonist, but the best stories have side characters who could headline their own. The weary mentor with a past too heavy to carry. The best friend whose charisma steals every scene. The villain’s right hand who’s smarter than the boss.#writertip #amwriting #writer

“You have to surrender to your mediocrity, and just write. Because it's hard, really hard, to write even a crappy book.
