It’s all about finding the right medium that fits you best If you spend enough time looking at the benefits of journaling online, you will find some guidance around the medium to use to capture your thoughts. Many will advise of the benefits of handwriting in a paper (or digital paper) journal; and science has shown the engagement with different parts of the brain when handwriting compared to typing on a keyboard.
Sometimes a morning journaling session is just you pumping yourself up when the confidence needs a boost.

It might be 28 degrees Celsius (82.4°F) at 6:45am, but a hot morning coffee is always on the menu.
Will be a stay inside and keep cool day after this though.

Time to head to work. Oh well, at least I’m lucky enough to enjoy a coffee moment before I commute in.
Just realised I can use my Writer Forte portable word processor as a keyboard on my computer.
Not something I’d want to do often, but cool that it’s possible.
