I quit my job 2 months ago due to #burnout. I had been faithful against the rising tide for too long, taking on more and more as others left.
First time of having no work in 12 years, but resilience still hasn't kicked in. I certainly feel like a waste of space.
In spite there being a real backlog of work here in the UK, I think many employers will be reluctant to take on staff at present due to rising costs.
